If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of packages within 14 days of the delivery date as detailed below. Important: send the invoice or packing slip along with your return, otherwise we will not be able to identify you.
Please contact us prior to returning any product. Failure to do so may result in our inability to accept the item and refund according to our policy. Once we have approved your return, please pack the item and include the original packing slip. You can use the original box the item was shipped in if the size is appropriate.
We ask that the product be in the same condition you received it (unused), and in the original undamaged box and/or packaging with all warranties, instructions, and/or other documentation intact. If the product is not in original condition (eg. damaged upon receipt, removed from original packaging or has clearly been used), we will be unable to accept the goods.
If you wish to return items that were purchased on sale, we will issue a store credit in the form of an electronic credit. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Your refund will be calculated based on the price paid minus any coupons, shipping charges, and gift wrapping fees if applicable. Additionally, if the merchandise returned causes the original order subtotal to fall below the threshold of a free shipping promotion, applicable shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
You will receive a refund or store credit within 14 business days of receipt of your returned merchandise. The time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control.
– Refunds: your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase.
– Store Credits: you will receive a store credit by email that can be used on a future purchase at Bentofan.com
In the event of a refund, Bentofan does not accept any liability, and will not refund you for any currency charges levied by your bank or credit card provider on the initial purchase or for any difference in the buying and selling exchange rates for currency used by your bank or credit card provider.
The cost and care of returning the item(s) is your responsibility. We strongly recommend that you send the parcel by recorded delivery mail and keep a copy of the recorded delivery number just in case your parcel goes missing. Bentofan is not responsible for items lost by recorded delivery mail in the returns process.
